Rules for returning or exchanging goods
- Jewelry is given 6 months warranty from the date of purchase.
- You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- The money is returned to the account specified by the buyer within 5 days
- The money is returned to the same bank account.
- Goods specially manufactured or individually customized according to the Customer's requirements are not exchangeable or returnable.
- The diamond bracelets offered here are made to order, so these items cannot be returned—they can only be exchanged for another item.
- Jewellery in the „Sale” section is not returnable.
- When returning goods to the buyer, the following conditions must be met: the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging; the item must be undamaged; the item must be unused and in its original condition (labels intact and not torn off, protective films, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product); the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it.
- The returned item must not be worn, must be undamaged and must not have lost its retail appearance.
- You can return the item and exchange it for a different size or model.
- Returned goods must be placed in additional protective (for transportation) packaging (e.g. a box or protective envelope).
